At Smartomate, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. We believe in the quality of our products and we make every effort to ensure our products meet high quality standards. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased do not meet your requirement or you aren’t satisfied, we’re here to help.

Defective Products

If the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, you can return it within 12 months from the date of purchase. We will either replace the product or provide a full refund, along with refunding any shipping costs associated with the return.

Please note that this policy does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number (provided in your confirmation email), the product(s) you are returning, and the reason for your return.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send your product back without the RMA number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
